Bubble Tea after Hiking in Seven Sisters

Last Saturday hiked Seven Sisters on a beautiful sunny day. Just when I thought it could not get any better, my friend spotted a bubble tea place near Eastbourne train station, Ding Tea. With little hesitation, went inside to grab a tea before the train ride back to London. Inside the establishments, there were multiple tables to sit in which was nice to see.
They had a nice selections of both milk and fruit tea, yakuit series as well as few coffee choices. Went with the "Ding" Tea Milk tea since unique to the establishment. Appreciated that the folks working there set expectation that they needed to make a new batch and would take ~ 10 minutes. Drink tasted nice after a long day of hiking. Not too sweet; however asked for slight sugar level.
